These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Webhair Exclusive.
- Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made via iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna, Bancontact, or bank transfer.
- An order is confirmed after successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
- Shipping
- Domestic (Netherlands): average delivery time 5 working days. International: approx. 10 working days.
- Free shipping on NL orders above €125; shipping costs for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided.
- Returns Policy (Hygiene Products)
- For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions and related hair products are non- returnable and non-refundable.
- Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
- In the rare case of a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a suitable solution.
- Product Quality & Use
- Our products meet high quality standards. Minor color or texture variations may occur as hair is a natural product.
- Professional installation and proper aftercare are essential. Webhair Exclusive is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, chemical treatments, or improper maintenance.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
- Privacy
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
- Governing Law & Disputes
- These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
