• Domestic (NL): average delivery time 5 working days.
•  International: approx. 10 working days.
• Free shipping on NL orders above €125.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders below €125.

 

Returns

• For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions and related hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned, unless the product received is faulty or incorrect.
• In the rare case of a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a suitable solution.
